Project Manager

Emagine (GFT) is seeking a mid-level Project Manager with change management experience for our client a Fortune 100 IT Corporation. The project is to assist in Acquisition Integration projects for Europe and is focused on the integration of the service contract management processes. This will involve working closely with partners, Sales and internal stakeholders to drive the E2E integration. Including: stakeholder management; change management; communication to internal and external parties; and training plan development.

Deliverables and Tasks - Ramp up plan, Project plan, Risk and Issue management, Stakeholder mapping. Change Management & Communication Planning, Define internal and external training approach and implement. Reporting - Project Data Analysis, Project Data Reporting, Graphical Report Generation Plan for and coordinate post go live support.

Skills Experience with International Blue Chip Corporations; Process Integration; Working with partner networks; Stakeholder Mapping; Change Management; Training Planning; Communication planning and implementation; Project Data Analysis and reporting; Strong IT user Skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Personal attributes - Results Orientated; Self-motivated Strong personal networking and diplomatic skills; Detail Orientated Good spoken & written communication skills in English. The location of the work is flexible London, Prague, Amsterdam, and Brussels are possible locations.
