Project Manager

Global leader in the healthcare/medical product manufacturing industry has an immediate need in Medina NY for a Project Manager. This is a contract position expected to last 12 months, could be longer based on performance. Project involves an existing product and implementing a change plan to address complaints and CAPA investigation analysis related to that product. Currently only looking for local candidates. RESPONSIBILITIES

- Independently plan, execute and direct cross functional engineering projects, that may cross traditional product lines
- Manage projects on a cross functional basis, including direct supervision of team members
- Manage the project costs (all financial aspects) of product development, this will include capital expenditures and cross functional expenses
- Identifying and resolve complex problems, including the development of new design experiments

REQUIREMENTS

- B.S. and 8-10 years project management experience
- 5+ years medical device product development experience
- 5+ years project experience creating and implementing change plans that stem from product capa investigations
