EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 5 years complex project management or program management experience across multiple business lines. Key elements of work require process integration, stakeholder engagement, collaborative solutioning and design. Healthcare experience preferred.

Work Environment: Professional. A majority of work will occur at the medical Building with some travel to clinical sites for meetings.

Scope of the project: This project spans the functional areas of Medical Management, Physicians, Contracting, Marketing, Patient Care Delivery, Claims, Member Services, Vendor Relations, and Information Technology

1) Ability to re-frame existing work into a new infrastructure through effective stakeholder engagement,
2) Create clear, meaningful documentation of desired future state with an implementation plan for each functional area to show them how to get there,
3) Support the integration of work by modelling integration and negotiating understanding of stakeholder roles in driving to success.
