Project Manager

Energy client is looking for a Project Manager with ECM roll-out experience for Technical Document Controls specific to FileNet or Documentum. You must have 4+ years of experience for a 12+ month contract assignment. You need to be local to South Plainfield, NJ or within a commutable distance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Work with IT vendors and gather business requirements and help build a document controls system in FileNet by making sure requirements are in place and will function
- Help to collect requirements, content, metadata and other pertinent deliverables required for implementation of the Documents Control System
- Act as a Project Manager and help put all of the pieces together to make a new document control system
- Interface with ECM vendors in depth and train the users on how to use the system

REQUIREMENTS

- You must have 4+ years of experience managing and tracking electronic documents and knowledge of proper document control practices
- 2+ years experience with ECM (Electronic Content Management) systems, FileNet or Documentum required
- You need to have some experience defining technical documentation needs and working closely with developers to build and test and implement the doc controls site either with Filenet or Documentum
- If you do not have Filenet experience, you must have solid experience building a document control system using Documentum
