Project Manager

Immediate Need in Round Lake IL for a Project Manager. This is a contract position expected to last 1 year, could be longer based on performance. Currently we are only looking for local candidates. RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage a variety of projects, leading cross functional teams, monitoring and reporting on project status and ensuring projects meet their cost, quality, timing and content objectives.
- Assign and track team deliverables for project completion
- Responsible for implementing program in order to support product stewardship / regulatory requirements (REACH, RoHS, etc.)
- Support business process/system integrations (Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) System)
- Responsible for project communication by interacting with PMO Leadership, Project Core Team and extended teams to ensure effective communications and manage expectations

REQUIREMENTS

- BA/BS
- 5-10 years project experience with product, material, quality and/or supplier regulatory compliance initiatives within the medical device/healthcare product manufacturing industry
- 2 - 5 years of matrix management experience
- Strong project management skills required, including demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional global projects in a matrixed environment
- Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Laboratory Practices and Product Development Process requirements
- PMP a plus
