Project Manager

A Project Manager is required to join one of our key clients in Sydney's CBD to work in a complex project environment. Against this background the position is challenged by the need to deliver high quality based outcomes within both resource and time constraints, balancing competing priorities and demands of key stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Project management of the projects change requests and business cases.
- Delivery of all allocated project milestones within agreed timeframes, budget and to a high quality.
- Project management and coordination of implementation activities.
- Ensure stakeholders are informed, prepared and equipped for the implementation of the solution.
- Ensure impacts on stakeholder operations and customers are minimised.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with key internal/external stakeholders and vendors.
- Ensure timely and effective risk and issue management, or escalation, of potential roadblocks that may impact the implementation of the project.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

- 5+ years in a similar Project Management role and implementation of complex projects
- Business, People and Processes impact identification, analysis, planning and management skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain sound relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Customer focused, self-motivated and result driven individual.
- Outstanding analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
