* Strong stakeholder management and networking skills.
* Experience in managing global programs & projects.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Strong process management experience, for example through implementing and managing enterprise transaction management systems and controls, and experience of developing appropriate scorecards to improve business performance.
* Management of medium-sized projects through all stages of the project life cycle from concept through scoping, planning, execution and close-out. Demonstrated experience of successfully managing projects through envisioning and scoping phases and obtaining stakeholder agreement to project goals and deliverables.
* Experience of applying business process or quality improvement methodologies to achieve improved operational efficiency and effectiveness.
* Approx. 5 years relevant experience in a multi-national organisation.
The successful applicant must possess strong communication and influencing skills and be comfortable interacting with staff and executive management at all levels within Operations, Sales and other groups. The applicant will have demonstrated in previous roles strong drive for results and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
