You will be working very closely with a BA and the Design Authority, helping to shape and implement the TOM, so you must be very experienced at shaping and designing a solution, and applying structure to ensure a successful delivery.
You must come from a business/ change background and have worked on large scale system implementations, part of your remit will also include helping to shape the training and comms strategy.
