Project Manager

Project Manager needed for an established and growing mid sized EPC firm in Southeast Houston. This is a contract to direct hire role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements of the project
- Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities to attain them
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects and scope of a project
- Responsible for tracking and reporting team hours and expenses on a weekly basis
- Analyzes project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization

REQUIREMENTS

- Requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering; master's degree preferred
- 10+ years of project engineering and systems engineering and systems engineering design experience and three to five years of project management experience
- Must understand basic project revenue models, P/L, and cost-to-completion projections and be able to make decisions accordingly
