Project Manager

Construction Project Manager is needed for a construction project in Sacramento, CA. This is approximately a 4-month contract offering competitive hourly rate and benefits. Candidates with construction project management experience on food or beverage processing plants preferred. Now interviewing for immediate start.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage assigned projects at the food processing construction site, including overseeing subcontractors and ensuring that they meet their scheduling and contractual obligations. Will also aid in site safety, productivity, schedule, quality work, and trade contractor and supplier coordination.
- Coordinate requirements with subcontractors, vendors and the company's office staff to meet construction schedules
- Work to fulfill contract requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

- Must have at least 10 years of manufacturing plant construction experience, preferably with food or consumer goods manufacturing.
- Must have at least a High school diploma. University degree in engineering or construction management, or Project Management certification a plus. Your education represented will be verified.
- Must have proficient computer skills in Excel, Word, MS Project, and have the ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Must be thorough, alert, truthfulness and responsible.
- Experience and knowledge of RFI and design engineering and resolution is needed.
- Must possess a valid driver's license to get to and from the site for work.
