PROJECT MANAGER

Link Technologies is looking for a Project Manager for a contract position in Carson City NV.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
Consultant must:

- Have the capability to perform the functions described in Scope of Work;
- Be a project manager with programming experience including experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 (SP1), Microsoft ASP.NET MVC 3 using C#.NET as the primary programming language; Microsoft Entity Framework 4.1; and Enterprise Library 5.0 (Data, Logging, Exception Handling);
- Have the ability to plan, assign and to interact with multiple stakeholders and coordinate all associated activities;
- Have the ability to lead and manage projects, coordinate internal and external customers;
- Have the ability to assist team members in accomplishing overall workload and assisting when needed to complete the work;
- Have effective written and verbal communication skills;
- Have the ability to gather system requirements and translate into application design and enhancements;
- Have knowledge of data security provisions and protocols;
- Perform formal presentations;
- Create end user training materials and conduct training;
- Work with other agencies to establish needed interfaces with the website and coordinate with all stakeholders;
- Possess excellent customer service skills; and
- Have a Bachelor's Degree in a related technical field or combination education and experience.

SCOPE OF WORK

- Consultant must perform all activities to the agreed upon project plan/schedule. A project plan will be provided to the consultant once a work order is executed.
- The consultant will serve as the background check website grant Project Manager for the Health Division t
- Assist with background check website production support including system analysis, troubleshooting, problem resolution, testing and training;
- Assist with updates as required to remain current and operational;
- Assist in the development and approval of the background check website requirements;
- Assist with gap analysis;
- Assist with test plan and strategy and coordinate testing activities;
- Assist with execution of pilot;
- Assist with system deployment;
- Assist with provider roll out;
- Apply principals of structured Project Management (PM);
- Coordinate the development of the background check website with State and Federal partners including the contracted technical assistance company (CNA) and stakeholders; and
- Provide regular updates on progress to Project Team.
