Project Manager

IMMEDIATE NEED: for a Project Manager - Quality Assurance to provide hands - on commissioning qualification and validation activities at this USDA regulated site. Need experience with protocol generation, execution and report writing at one new lab and modifications at another facility for vaccine manufacturing processes for 6-12 month project assignment for a leading animal health provider in the NE Georgia area. Per diem and mob/de-mob will be provided to qualified candidates so APPLY NOW INTERVIEWS WILL BE SCHEDULED OVER THE NEXT 2 WEEKS.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide project management services such as hands - on commissioning qualification and validation activities under general guidance of client's QA resource
- Attend weekly project meetings and coordinate commissioning and validation meetings with entire project team (Client QA resource, Contractors and Equipment vendors etc.)
- review and approve all commissioning and validation documents

REQUIREMENTS

- BS degree in Biology, Chemistry, Chemical, Biomedical, etc...) plus 5+ years project management experience in vaccine manufacturing or biological systems
- Experience with one or more of the following bio-pharmaceutical facility design features: clean rooms, clean and dirty flow separation, HVAC systems temperature and pressure control, facility pressurization and directional air flows, sterilization and decontamination autoclaves, flow hoods, cold chain equipment
- Experience with one or more of the following vaccine manufacturing processes: egg decapper; inoculators, sterization, centifuges, aseptic formulation.
- Experience with USDA (9CFR) or FDA cGMP compliance and related quality systems
