Project Manager

Link Technologies is currently looking for a Project Manager with a strong technical background in Oracle E-business Suite to lead an exciting effort in Las Vegas, Nevada for the upgrade of Oracle E-business Suite from 11.5.10.2 to Release 12 ( R12 ). The Project Manager will have overall responsibility for management of the project from the assessment of the existing E-business Suite, including a thorough technical and functional review of all current modules to identify required changes and provide recommendations. The Project Manager will use the results of the assessment to create a detailed R12 upgrade plan that will address all upgrade activities, user training, and post production support activities.

Project manager must have demonstrated experience assembling and managing a multidisciplinary team of individuals for this effort. Technical disciplines include Oracle database management, management and administration of Oracle SPARC 64-bit hardware running Solaris 10, management and administration of 64-bit Intel server hardware running Oracle Linux 6, and development of training materials and conducting of training for administrators, technical and functional users in use of R12.

EXPERIENCE

- 5+ years of experience in a Project Management role for Oracle E-business Suite implementations and upgrades. Experience in converting from E-business Suite 11.5.10.2 to Release 12 is highly desirable.
- Experience with Noetix 11i and upgrades to support R12 is highly desirable.
- Experience with the following application modules: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, & Grants, Public Sector Budgeting, Purchasing, Human Resources, Human General Ledger, iExpense, iProcurement, Order Management, Procurement Card, Project Resources Database Intelligence, Self-Service Human Resources, iRecruitment, Labor Distribution, Oracle Learning Management, Oracle Time & Labor, and Payroll.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
- Demonstrated experience in driving projects to successful completion on time, to scope and within budget.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, and Microsoft Project 98/2000 or similar.
- Experience in proposal preparation for Oracle Upgrades is highly desirable.

EDUCATION

- Bachelor's Degree required.
- PMP (Project Management Certification) preferred
