Project Manager

A fantastic opportunity has become available for a business savvy Project Manager to work on an ERDM implementation project. To succeed in the role, you will have strong project management skills in demanding organisational environments.

YOUR DUTIES:

- Managing each project using Prince 2 methodologies
- Guiding the change involved within each tranche and negotiating sustainable records management best practice improvements
- Overseeing complex business issues
- Using maturity models that allow the organisation to measure and manage the progress of its business records as information and knowledge assets

YOUR BACKGROUND:

- Minimum 5 years experience as a Project Manager, with proven experience managing successful projects
- Prince 2 or MSP methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to identify current issues and any potential challenges with moving to an ERDM environment
- Ability to develop and document business requirements and develop business analysis artefacts
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated experience in working in a team to implement ERDM organisational change initiatives in a large and complex organisation will be highly regarded
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
