Project Manager

A Project Manager is required to undertake a contract vacancy based on site in Dunfermline with travel to Livingston. Ideally anyone from a Customer Service, Retail or Contact Centre background would be desirable.

You will be responsible for effectively managing a highly sensitive project involving contentious issues and emotive decisions. Managing a large scale project with multiple work streams

- Can effectively support their project team providing the appropriate degree of support, encouragement, challenge and feedback
- Builds strong relationship and collaborates effectively with all key stakeholder groups
- Is an expert in managing all facets of change
- Can inspire and motivate people to deliver
- Can anticipate problems or barriers and effectively address them in a timely manner
- Demonstrates all the behaviours and is a trusted and respected voice within the relevant business, support and technology stakeholder communities
- Is recognised as someone who adheres to all departmental processes and procedures and maintains project documentation to a high standard.

Skills and Experience

- Strong proven project management experience with sound knowledge of the full project life cycle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to build strong working relationships across the business at all levels
- A strong knowledge of the HR function in particular legal issues
- A professional project management qualification would be beneficial
- Experience of working in a customer service environment would be an advantage
