Project Manager

Experience preferred: Health Insurance, Membership, Billing, Claims experience (one or more)

Experience Requirements:
Minimum 7+ years of direct relevant experience. Bachelors deg required. PMP or Project Management Professional Certification highly desirable

The scope of the project will be focused primarily on the delivery of relational data base structures. Includes working with IT and business partners through all phases of implementation including design, development, testing, and deployment. Will be responsible for general project management tasks, as well, deliverables critical to the progress of the project that may include general analysis, query execution, and production readiness.

Utilizes and effectively communicates technical components of an initiative to applicable parties. Ability to lead a cross-functional team while motivating team members to their highest potential. Requires excellent oral and written communication skills as well as business presentation skills. Excellent analytical skills. Interfaces effectively with all levels and across organizational lines, including the business units. Effectively utilizes external vendors and internal resources. Demonstrated success at building team relationships and partnerships across organizational lines.

EXPERIENCE LEVEL: BA OR BS REQUIRED, PMP OR PROJECT MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION HIGHLY DESIRABLE; PLUS MINIMUM 7+ YEARS OF DIRECT RELEVANT EXPERIENCE.
