Project Manager

Our client has need for an experienced Project Coordinator to facilitate the overall project direction, scope and process across several diverse teams in a petrochemical facility including safety, environmental, construction, operations and reliability. Ideal candidates will have prior asset reliability experience within refinery/ industrial facility and a background in Maintenance, Operations and / or Reliability and a strong working knowledge of Failure Modes and Cause Analysis. This is a long term contract slated to last 2+ years with the possibility of leading to a permanent role. This position is located in Corpus Christi and our client is only seeking local/ regional candidates at this time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support implementation of appropriate Maintenance practices / Reliability strategies to achieve desired Life Cycle Management / Turnaround Cycle.
- Support implementation of FMCA (Failure Modes and Cause Analysis) for new / revamped asset base.
- Employ Risk Based Inspection (RBI) Learnings for scope development.
- Populate the 'Build It, Lessons Learned' Database with findings from the project.
- Ensure facilities design is consistent with EH&S Regulatory requirements.
- Implement the MOC (Management of Change) process following the final hazard analysis and safety design reviews.

REQUIREMENTS

- 7 + years of experience in Refining or Petrochemical sectors is highly desired.
- BS in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical). Non-degreed candidates with relevant experience will be considered.
- Asset Reliability knowledge a must.
- Knowledge of FMCA (Failure Modes and Cause Analysis) and Weibull Analysis a plus.
