A Fortune 500 energy company is currently seeking a Fukushima Response Project Manager responsible for all phases of project initiation, planning, execution, and close out to ensure project success factors are met at Brunswick Nuclear Plant in Southport, NC. This project is scheduled to last 1 year, with the possibility of extension. Per diem and mobilization / demobilization may be available for qualified candidates. Actual pay rate will be commensurate with experience, so all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply. Please indicate your desired rate during the application process.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- As mentioned, responsible for all phases of project initiation, planning, execution, and close out to ensure project success factors are met, including but not limited to scope, schedule, cost, quality, testing, ALARA, environmental, safety, and communications for all site work associated with the Fukushima Response Program
- Engage and work closely with corporate NTTF lead and Fukushima Integration Managers to ensure station requirements are identified and met
- Ensure that project planning is complete for the site implementation of requirements resulting from the Fukushima response

REQUIREMENTS

- PMP Certification is required
- Degree is not necessary, but preferred
- Need to be well spoken, and discuss project status with many levels of management
