Project Manager needed in Atlanta

The chosen candidate will be have the following attributes:
Comfortable working in a fast paced demanding environment.
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
Able to address large groups when required.
Extremely organized
Ability to be proactive and work autonomously while still engaged within the design team.
Experience in the design/build industry and be able to manage projects remotely and provide clear and concise direction to field crew.
Able to read review and correct (when required) design and construction documents.
Core competency should be visualization of overarching business goals and able to manage all underlying projects with the design build industry.
Above average skills and proficiency in MS Office suites, CAD or comparable design program.
Communication and leadership skills in order to interface with both internal and external business partners.

Education and Experience:
Degree in Design (interior or architectural) or Construction services. Practical experience will be considered.
Minimum 7 years experience.
