IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Work each 50% of your time on a “Cyber Security Improvement Program" and a "Software Kits Development”
-Join two multinational teams and manage the continuous improvement of the current key workflow
-Regarding the Cyber Security Improvement Program, identify, manage- estimate and align costs, prioritize, coordinate projects and subprojects engaged with the Cyber Security Improvement Program implementation
-Within the framework of the Software Kits Development Program, you will be collaborating with two project leaders and assume delegated tasks from them in collaboration with the product owners
-You support the project setup (e.g. project start form, scope management, stakeholder management), project planning, project implementation, progress and cost control, and project closure
-You manage project information to support project teams (e.g. project steering board, etc.) and decision-making
-You handle project- and management meetings (organize project meetings, set agenda, edit and distribute minutes)

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Profound experience in IT, Product, Project- and Program Management
-Proven experience and deep understanding of technical program project aspects
-A project management certification (e.g. IPMA, PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage
-Demonstrated ability in implementing complex IT and Cyber Security related projects (IoT, Embedded, Safety Critical products, Digital Cloud and Big Data platforms)
-Basic know-how in Information Technology, Product and Cyber Security
-Knowledge in modern IT environments such as cloud based services and DevOps environments
-Understanding of product life-cycle management and digital supported services
-Fluency in English is mandatory
-Agile mindset
