PROJECT MANAGER I needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in DAVIDSON, NC

THE BIG PICTURE- TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- PMP Certification
- Two to four (2-4) years experience managing projects
- MS Project/Visio
- Demonstrated experience in Lean, Six Sigma or similar disciplines, and the ability to flexibly apply these disciplines to achieve business goals.
- Knowledge and demonstrated experience in Change Management.
- Knowledge and demonstrated experience in Project Management.
- Demonstrated ability to work across functions, sub-functions, countries, and business units
- Certification in one of the following preferred: Project Management (PMP), Lean/Six Sigma, or Change Management

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Drives the development and successful delivery of HR Value Stream/process improvements to improve flow, increase customer satisfaction, deliver financial productivity and enhance risk mitigation
- Designs new processes, implements process improvements, and coaches HROS/Payroll team members on effective Value Stream work
- Partners with leaders, managers and employees to identify, address, and eliminate process related obstacles
- Partners with leaders and team members in HR Operational Services, HR COEs and SBUincluding: o Owning pre and post standard work o Utilizing Value Stream mapping techniques to design optimal information, material, and production flow methods
- Participating in gemba walks and coaching employees on continuous improvement, standard work development/modification/adherence, flow, takt time attainment, and problem solving abnormalities causing takt misses
- Providing necessary training specific to Lean Transformation tools and methodology o Helping update and maintain visual performance tools, including mission control and MDI boards o Assisting all teams as needed to ensure improvements are made and sustained
- Owns and successfully executes activities outside the Value Stream including the preparation of HROS MBR materials.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Business acumen and knowledge of financial processes such as budgeting, productivity, and preparing business cases required
- Demonstrated organizational agility and effective consulting skills
- Strong facilitating, writing, and presentation skills
- Ability to use simple statistical and graphical tools such as pare to analysis and cycle time analysis
- Ability to develop capacity models for resource planning and level loading work
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced and changing work environment.
