Job Description Position Purpose:
Converts Information Technology strategy into reality through execution of medium to large scale IT projects. Uses appropriate tools and techniques to successfully manage projects according to the constraints of quality, scope, timeline and budget while fulfilling requirements and managing risks. Ensures IT projects have proper business alignment. Manages and leads project teams, vendors and stakeholders so that stated project objectives and solution requirements are met.

Education: BS degree in Computer Science, Math or Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience:
•Requires a minimum of 3-5 years in project management in a manufacturing facility;
•Certification in Project Management, Six Sigma or Lean Processing Methodology preferred.

Technical/Process/Functional Knowledge
•Demonstrates functional/business understanding.
•Demonstrates superior written and oral communication skills.
•Excellent skills with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
•Extensive knowledge of project management and the development life cycle required.
•Develops and maintains strong internal relationships.
•Is proficient at problem solving, negotiation, conflict management, and interpersonal skills.
•Demonstrates leadership skills; has the ability to acts as project lead and lead cross functional project teams in the development and implementation of programs.
•Has the ability to influence others on objectives and projects outcomes.
•Basic understanding of contractual documents and ability to create work plans and detailed project schedules.
•Analyze site computer system application requirements and prioritize effort
•Propose changes/additions to meet current and future business process needs
•Assure all system documentation is up-to-date prior to rollout and compliant with requirements.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to work in confined spaces and near operation equipment.
Ability to work in moderate to loud noise environments
Ability to work hours necessary to support production and maintenance activities.
Up to 20% Travel
Interface with all departments to obtain/relay information. Develop contacts with outside vendors and contractors
