Project Management Supporter - HR Project

On behalf of a major Pharma client, Harvey Nash is urgently looking for a Project Management Supporter for an assignment in Basel (Switzerland). Your role will focus on supporting the Project Management Office and being interim deputy, therefore you need proven experience as PMO in complex Human Resources programs .
Main Tasks
- Keep overview on activities, especially those going on and which are short-term
- Mapping during review process and finalization on MS Powerpoint
- HR Business Process meetings: set up, hosting; meeting minutes and follow ups
- Stream Managers & PMO meetings: set up, hosting, meeting minutes and follow ups
- Face to face preparations, Agenda definition, Hosting and Steering through meetings, documentation of results
- Meeting with HR Business partners
- Work with Finance on Financial reporting
- Single Point of Contact for Stream Managers.
Special Requirements
- PMP or CAPM certification will be a plus
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong follow-up skills
- Fluent English mandatory, any other language is a plus.
Miscellaneous:
- Start: as soon as possible, optimum 05.11.2012
- End: 31.03.12 (ca. 5 months role).
- No remote work option, normal working time will be 40 working hours/5 days in the Basel office
- Hourly rate, best offers considered for interviews.
