Project Management Officer - Treasury (5779)

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

- BACKGROUND FINANCE AND/OR WORK EXPERIENCE AS PMO WITHIN FINANCIAL SERVICES IDEALLY IN TREASURY FUNCTIONS
- A SUPPORTIVE PERSONALITY WHO LIKES TO MOVE THINGS FORWARD AND IS REALLY MULTITASKING
- STRONG ANALYTICAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE IN BUSINESS ANALYSIS WOULD BE A PLUS
- Strong presentation skills and ADVANCED EXCEL SKILLS
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, enjoy working and coordinating among various stakeholders
- FLUENT IN ENGLISH, GERMAN IS AN ADVANTAGE

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Actively provide PMO support as well as support of project team with analytical work and/or testing
- Preparing reports for and presentations to the senior management
- Deliver status reports
- Maintain documentation for the projects including tracking of risks, action logs and project deliverables
- Interacting with multiple internal and external stakeholders
