Project Management Officer - Security Programme
For this position, we aim for a Project Management Officer with at least 5 to 10 years of IT experience INCLUDING AN EXPERIENCE IN A SECURITY PROGRAMME. THE LATTER EXPERIENCE BEING PART OF THE KILLING CRITERIA.
The candidate shall:
- Have a strong experience in Project Management or in Project Support Office-related activities.
- HAVE AN EXPERIENCE AS PMO OR PROJECT LEADER IN SECURITY PROGRAMME.
- Have a proven track record of results, experience in applying Project Management methodology.
- Be comfortable with the management of the information related to the project life cycle
- Be knowledgeable about Project life cycle and methods would be appreciated
- Have the ability to create good relationships with the Project Leaders and be a good listener.
- Have the ability to organize/accomplish work efficiently and autonomously, to seek advice/support and to escalate when necessary.
- Have a very good communication skill both in face-to-face discussions and in front of a big audience.
- Have a cultural openness and adaptability, be pragmatic and have the capacity to keep things simple.
- Have a practical experience of Change Point or of an equivalent tool
- Have an in-depth experience of Microsoft Office.
- Be fluent (both writing and speaking) in English.
