PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICER - MS PROJECT, SHAREPOINT, MS OFFICE, BANKING, PM METHODOLOGY
Randstad IT Professionals is actively recruiting a PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICER for one of our major clients, a global bank headquartered in Zurich.
Responsible for PMO functions within the Secured Lending and Managed Lending IT teams
TYPICAL ACTIVITIES INCLUDE:
- Work with central PMO/COO organization to establish policies and procedures
- Validate project initiation documentation
- Manage the approval processes
- Report on project, book of work and compliance metrics
- Reconcile book of work cost estimates against financial budgets
- Contribute to the development of project management standards
Responsible for assisting in the management of large projects end-to-end, following a formal project management methodology.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Establish and maintain project governance
- Facilitate open information flows among project stakeholders
- Resolve issues where required
- Define, collect, monitor and analyze project metrics: cost, time, quality, risk, testing, communication, etc.
- Manage project performance
- Track prioritised issues, ownership and resolutions
- Generate project status reports
- Attend and minute project status meetings
- Manage process to monitor project performance and remediate if project is off track
- Manage the change requests process and integrate impacts into plans
- Ensure adherence to project management standards and best practices
