IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Assisting the Project Lead & Manager with defining and updating the project management processes, standards and governance, assisting and contributing to Quality Reviews
-Co-ordinating activities in support of quality objectives
-Preparation of presentations based on given content
-Status tracking and updating of project plans
-Communication and arrangement of meetings
-Support with budget controlling
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-PMO experience
-Experience in supporting larger projects and/or dealing with senior managers
-Controlling knowledge advantageous
-MS Office proficiency, in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint
-Experience with JIRA or similar project management software
-Experience within the Insurance Industry and/or Reporting beneficial
-Reasonable financial acumen and numerate capability to support expense management
-Full professional English proficiency
-Soft skills incl. co-ordination skills and organizational talent, ability to perform under pressure
-Availability for the duration of the project, ideally commitment of potential availability beyond the planned
-Duration, should the demands of the project change
