IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Develop and maintain the project recording and reporting system
-Get internal information, internal stakeholders
-Organise and follow-up the contact with suppliers, regarding contract management and notification letters
-Advise project team members in the application of project procedures, disciplines and recording and reporting standards
-Maintain risk and issue logs and change control records
-Develop effective communication mechanisms between the project teams
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Knowledge and experience of a formal project management methodology
-A higher degree of computer literacy including advanced knowledge of the MS Office Suite Project planning ability
-Experience in working on IT/IS projects/programmes
-Ability to analyse and present information at any level (operational, management)
-German and English negotiation level
