IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Support the program manager and other team leaders in preparing planning, reports, technical documentation and presentations
-Track the progress of workload consumption for the different projects and update the progress status
-Support the identification and implementation of tools and procedures for the progress follow-up across the various teams
-Support the delivery of application software by authoring Release Notice and ensuring the required quality level
-Ensure the applicable internal standards and procedures are followed by performing regular assessments of running projects using Project Dashboards
-Organize analyses, elaboration of propositions for technical solutions with the development team
-Support the rollout of new quality and security standards or versions of standards

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-You have proven experience in handling project management office in complex environment
-You have a strong technical background and are able to understand engineering and software development domains
-You have a working knowledge of major standards for quality management, software development processes and/or information security
-You have a high analytical capacity and you are adaptable, autonomous, rigorous, service-oriented
-You have a high resistance to stress, you are flexible and able to quickly switch between different tasks
-You have a very good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially Word and Excel (including macro development)
-Strong communication skills
