IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Support of project setup (e.g. project start form, scope management, project handbook, etc.), project planning, project implementation, progress- & cost control, and project closure
-Support the preparation of the consolidated project status reports
-Single point of control for project data, collected from functions (e.g. finance)
-Handling of Project- and Management meetings (organize project meetings, set agenda, edit and distribute minutes)
-Guide, manage and track preparation for project milestone reviews
-Create and maintain integrated project-, resource- and budget plans
-Tactical coordination of dependencies, timelines and budgets for all projects and functions within an area or program
-Define and implement harmonized measures and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for the projects to enable teams and functions to measure and improve quality, efficiency and effectiveness
-Set-up and adapt relevant PMO processes and structures in alignment with PPMO and relevant stakeholders and ensure process implementation within project team

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Project Management experience: preparation of milestones, preparation of project documentation, tracking of plans and activities, composing meeting minutes
-Proactive personality with good communication skills
-Prior experience in an agile SW development environment would be a valuable asset
-Self-motivated and very interested in project management
-Interest in the diagnostics sector and products
-Team player mentality
-In the absence of the Project Leader, able to run project team meetings
