PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICER/FRENCH OR GERMAN/CA CLARITY
KEY SKILLS:
- Must have been involved in projects as a PMO ideally with some limited project management responsibility
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
- An ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels
- Excellent organisational and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
- Excellent competence in Microsoft Project
- High level of competence in other Microsoft Office products (specifically Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
- An ability to work and produce good results under pressure within a team environment
- Fluent in English, French or German are an asset
- Previous experience with CA Clarity tool is an asset

- Project plan creation, maintenance and tracking
- Meeting Organisation
- Project and Programme document & reporting management
- Deliverable management
- Proactively support Project and Programme management
- Issues, Dependencies, Risks, Assumptions, Decisions management
- Communicate clearly and confidently on all above items at all levels within the organisation
