Our client is a Swiss financial institute, based in Zürich. In order to reinforce their team, Swisslinx is seeking PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICER for a 16 MONTHS CONTRACT.
As a Project Management Officer you would be responsible for the following:
- Support getting the project organization defined
- Support the Program Manager to manage the projects according to the company's project management standards
- Facilitate governance process, dependency and change management
- Track project progress, deliverables, milestones, work packages, status reporting, resource consumption
- Stakeholder management
- Overall financial and risk management
- Establish a proper project reporting based on the company's standards and methodology
- Prepare documents for project meetings, take minutes and track actions
In order to be considered for this position, we are looking to find the best candidates with the following profile:
- 4+ years' experience as a Project Management Officer
- Financial background
- Good knowledge of Project Management methodologies
- Experience with a global organization within the financial industry
- Fluency in English, German is a plus
