My Client an Investment Bank based in BRUSSELS, requires a PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICER WITH PROVEN TRACK IN BUDGET MANAGEMENT.
This role is a pivotal role in the team giving a lot of insight in all aspects of the team, the bank and its European branches.
The purpose of the PMO is to be the deputy of the head of the team and provide in this role a wide variety of professional support to team eg
- coordinating activities
- planning activities
- project management office
- IT governance
- budget
- any other ad-hoc request.
EDUCATION
+ Strong Interpersonal skills and ability to work in multicultural environment.
+ Willingness to travel for limited periods
+ Good coordination skills.
+ Willingness to learn and to go the extra mile.
EXPERIENCE:
Knowledge of the banking industry (at least 5 years working experience in banking)
Very fluent handling of budget figures.
Experience in working with an off-shore/outsource partner is considered as an asset.
TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE:
Use of Microsoft office tools (especially excel and Powerpoint) to support the various tasks
MANDATORY:
General IT concepts.
LANGUAGE: Fluent English. Knowledge of French is an asset.
