For our client in Zurich, we are looking for a
PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICER
for a 3 month's project with a possibility of extension
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Are you solid as a rock when you're juggling a lot of projects? Do you have strong analytical skills?
We're looking for someone like that who can:
- produce status reports and financial forecasts as part of organizational deliverables
- work on identification of financial risks
- provide administrative support to the project manager using agreed project management
- ownership of the financial control framework for the organization
- maintain resource planning together with the team leads
- Invoice handling split and coding of the organization
- accruals control of the organization
YOU HAVE:
- strong business knowledge of the BANKING INDUSTRY AND/OR FINANCIAL SERVICES
- understanding of financials of an organization
- experienced in FINANCIAL CONTROLLING
- excellent organizational, problem solving, leadership, written and verbal communication skills
- worked with tools like SAP, CA PPM
- proven ability to communicate with all levels of management in a clear, concise manner
- HIGH EXPERIENCE WITH MS EXCEL and the full MS Office suite
