Project Management Officer

OVERVIEW OF THE PROJECT:

The bank runs the Project to evolve the Group's legal entity structure to meet developing and future regulatory requirements. The program has been prepared in discussion with the bank's primary regulator Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA and will address regulations in Switzerland, the US and the UK with respect to future requirements for global recovery and resolution planning. You will work within a sub-project of the program, creating a separately capitalized infrastructure legal entity in Switzerland, with branches and subsidiaries globally.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Perform project financial controlling/overseeing the project budget
- Supporting the project manager in steering and controlling the project
- Monitoring progress, risks and issues, actions, dependencies
- Managing the project roadmap/planning
- Preparing and maintaining program documentation (internal and external communication materials)
- Acting as key contact for the central/global program management
- Organizing meetings, workshops, town halls etc.
- Taking minutes of meeting and workshops

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

Essential

- Experience in project financial controlling
- Robust Project/PMO experience
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project
- Experience of working on program and project level
- Excellent communication skills in English

Desired

- Strong relationship building and consultation skills as well as an ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with peers, management, key stakeholders and clients.
- Conversational German skills
