Project Management Office Support - Mobility

As Project Management Office in Mobility you will:

* Work jointly as a team with MSC members to mobilize the Center and define and promote its services
* support the MSC in all relevant project management office activities, including several regular established customer satisfaction activities as part of the KPI reporting. These include triggering engagement surveys and report on results, administer SharePoint content and access in particular with the Mobility Champions community, rework content to be blogged on different communication channels and support all MSC members on relevant tasks
* Track financials of several MSC projects, support with time tracking of externals, and monitors spend as well as regular review actual spend with Program Manager.
* Manage Purchase Orders as required
* Feed Project Portfolio Management system (Clarity) for project relevant topics like status report, team members, budget, project charter etc.
* Set up meetings and events as required, take meeting notes and track completion
* Maintain different project Sharepoint sites and its structure, upload relevant content, ensure up to date data and propose refreshes, manage permissions and keep the Mobility Champions Community informed
* Collect and manage relevant information to be blogged and posted on different channels, like GCIT blog, etc.
* Maintain and updates existing distribution lists via GMT.
* Trigger employee on-boarding
* Carry out further project activities as required

For this position you bring the following qualifications:

* University, business college degree, or equivalent experience
* Fluent in English
* 5+ years of experience in similar role in at least two of the following areas: Pharma, Live Sciences, Sales & Marketing, Development, Mobility, or related fields
* 1+ years' experience working in a consulting position
* Proven track rack record in global, multi-team projects dealing with complex process areas and business groups
* Background in the Mobility or Collaboration space highly desired
* Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, presentation and writing skills
* Highly dependable, outstanding attention to detail and strong follow-up skills
* Ability to work with others in a high paced, fluid, multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary team
* Strong can-do attitude and results-focused
