Project Management Office - PMO (French and English Speaking)

PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICE - PMO (FRENCH SPEAKING)

Project Management Office (PMO) required for an Oracle ERP project based West of Brussels. You will be required to produce and maintain reports against plan, manage the finances of the project, reconcile invoices paid/when paid etc as well as producing the internal reporting.

YOU MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK AND PRODUCE REPORTS IN BOTH FRENCH AND ENGLISH TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS PROJECT.

Do you have?

- A strong background (5+ years) working as an IT based Project Management Office (PMO)?
- Fluent French and English language skills?
- Experience generating reports in both French and English?
- Clear communication and organisational skills?
- Experience of ITIL environments?
- Ideally, experience working on Oracle/ERP projects?
- Project Planning expertise?
- Budget planning, forecasting and reporting experience?
- Invoice reconciliation experience?
- Experience of creating presentations in various formats such as PowerPoint?
