MY DUTIES:

-Set up consistent project plan to liquidate a company
-Organize and execute transfer of distribution partner to target location
-Organize and execute HR-measures to terminate existing employee relations in good faith
-Organize and execute both legal and financial liquidation of a company within the group
-Miscellaneous issue with regard to liquidation of the company (e.g., mitigate reputational risks with regard to the liquidation of the company)

-Project Management skills
-Leadership experience
-Consistent "can-do"-attitude, hands-on mentality und clear focus on execution
-Legal, due diligence, audit experience
-Ability to collaborate with the staff
