Context
Within Operations two teams deliver reports to the entire bank.
The collaborative model with IT BI and with the customer has to be improved, specifically in the domain of Reporting and Dashboards.

Function Description
Project Leader
- Act as PMO
- Determine and implement a new Data Target Operating Model within Operations
- Contribute to realize the strategic plan
- Contribute to realize the milestones
