Context
The candidate will work at the Cash Management Competence Center based in Brussels. He/she will work on a Group transversal program (Domestic Markets 2020) that aims to transform the model of the Bank corporate customers experience in their daily servicing. The domestic markets are: Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Italy . Another Program is run in parallel: CIB 2020, where improvement initiatives are led in several countries

Function Description
Placed under the authority of the Program Manager, the candidate will be in charge of doing Project management and required to do the analysis of activities in the scope of the strategic Group initiative as translated in the "Domestic Markets 2020" program. This initiative aims in transforming the relation between the Client and the Bank, at IT level (digitize interactions with the Bank) as well as at operating model level. The 2 principal stakes are:
1. Make the Bank more attractive
2. Increase the Bank profitability
In this context, the candidate will:
- Prepare and animate workshops with senior managers as well as with collaborators in order to define the target solution (digital solution coupled with a new operating model)
- Analyse, review and improve current processes and organization
- Analyse static data to obtain a quantitative results on clients requests and "behaviour" towards daily servicing. Prepare relevant reporting and visual presentations
- Conduct field analysis with client servicing officers, back offices, front offices to understand the qualitative part of the clients interactions
- Coordinate with potential digital solution suppliers, fintechs, … (from benchmarking to preferred solution)
- Manage documentation (support workshops, meeting minutes, action plans, …), including presentations to COMEX DM2020
- Write expression of needs and business requirements

Up to 30% to Paris. Punctual travels to other locations could also take place (Luxembourg, Italy,…)

Required knowledge / Experience

Education
Master degree

Certification
Certification in Project Management is a plus (Prince 2, Scrum, Lean/Six Sigma…)

Languages Requirement
French Fluent
Dutch Is a plus
English Fluent

Experience
5 years at least experience in Project Management, Process review, Business analysis. Experience in cash management and/or client servicing transformation projects is a great added value

Technical Experience
Mandatory
You have a thorough knowledge of standard Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferable
Knowledge of Cash Management / Payments / client servicing projects
Project Management Certification
Agile, scrum
Digital solutions / design
UI/UX

Business Experience
Mandatory
Realization of several important projects as project lead in a similar environment (multinational, complex environment & architecture…)

Preferable
Realization of projects in other Banks or Financial organization. .
Realization of projects linked to improving / transforming client experience through a new digital experience
