Introduction
To deliver successful programs and projects it is important to establish and communicate a consistent project management framework and to implement and continuously improve project management best practices. The goal is to make the Project Manual R&D which documents all relevant processes, roles, methods, techniques, templates and tools concerning project management within R there is a lack of structure, information is not complete and part of the information is outdated. Goal is to establish a project manual which. has a clear structure. describes all relevant existing processes, roles methods etc: complete information. will be the reference how we do project management within R&D.. captures the main values, so that it is persistent in time and not outdated again in eg 6 months. The goal is not to describe everything into the tiniest detail. As starting point available existing information will be used, this will be extended with information from relevant stakeholders. Assignment project management expertit is not the intention to align again within R&D community on the correctness of the working methods itself.

Phase 1 (determining structure/framework).
Based on experience and discussions with stakeholders, propose structure for project manual that fits within the R.
Add/update information.
Composing project manual: take the lead in this and ensure that information is reviewed and acknowledged.
Planning: Q3, Q4 General.

Profile:
Master with proven track record in project management and describing project management methods. Has experience with a R&D environment and Matrix organization. Outgoing, easily contacts people and takes the lead. Can easily zoom out: "helicopter view". Fluent (writing skills) in English

Daily guidance will be done by PP11 employee (JDAM), reviewing of project manual by PP11 employees and steering committee Project Management.Michael Bailey International is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
