For our Life Science client in Zug, we are seeking an Associate Project Manager.
Start Date: 01/12/2016
End Date: 31/03/2017
Location: Zug, Switzerland
Language: English
Your role:
- Compliance pack monitoring, filing, checking with agencies and Healthcare professionals on missing information/errors
- Update/track and ensure compliance documents are up-to-date
- Create new information sheets upon request
- Follow-up with Healthcare Professionals for outstanding invoices
- Track and create individual sponsorship agreements, during standalone events
- As per country requirements, upload withhold consent notifications in the database
Your Experience:
- Fluency in English
- Strong administrational skills
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Experience with database file sharing system
- Strong communication skills
- Fast learner
- Attention to detail
- Team player
- Pharma experience
- Compliance/Contract experience
We welcome applications of consultants' who match most of the above requirements and are available on a short notice. There is a competitive Hourly rate available for the contract; alternative market rates are also welcome.
