Project Management Analyst

SUMMARY:

- Plan, direct, or coordinate activities for a web site migration project.

MAJOR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
- Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients.
- A large division is going through a web site migration, moving thousands of pieces of content to a new platform with considerably less content.
- Current content needs to be analyzed to determine if it should be migrated, deleted or housed on another site or resource.
- The new site needs to be built with governance structure in place.
- This project lead will coordinate the mass migration.

SKILLS:

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, communications or a related field.
- Zero to two years relevant experience with previous project management experience required.
- Adobe Proficient.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

- Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
- Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
- Knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Adobe Proficient etc.
