Project Logistics Manager / PLM (m/f)

For a project located in Canada we are currently looking for a Project Logistics Manager / PLM (m/f).

Your tasks include:
+ Planning and organization of 400 transports in North America (Canada and USA)
+ Shipment related communication with 50 North American suppliers
+ Registration of readiness for 300 shipment notifications of suppliers
+ Creation of 300 transport orders
+ Preparation of import documents for non-domestic shipments (incl. conversion of packing lists into format required for importation / customs clearance) for 150 POs
+ Clarification of import documents with customs broker (150 Green Light Checks)
+ 48 weekly shipping status reports including update of shipping system
+ Collection and submission of 500 signed waybills from customer
+ Approx. 20 packing inspections at suppliers workshops

+ Experience as Project Logistics Manager (PLM)
+ Experience in the petrochemical plant construction area is an advantage
+ Very good communication / coordination skills
+ Fluent in English and German
