A Project leader in D&E (Development & Engineering) System Integration reports structurally to the Groupleader in the department and operationally to the Product Develpment Manager of the related product.

Job Description
Development & Engineering is in charge of the specification and design of the COMPANY products. You are surrounded with top technicians from all over the world. Together synergy arises for developing state of the art technology and processes. In a challenging environment with extreme focus on time to market, you develop future technology and processes. A Project leader typically manages a team of around 20 to 30 worlds best engineers and technicians. Your scope ranges from initial definition and design of a product, to full scale development and deployment in manufacturing and the field. Co-operation cross sectors is essential and you ensure implementation of feedback from testing, manufacturing and operations in the development. In this high tech environment you are able to decide to a large extend independently on engineering solutions and methods. In the team your focus is on the project goals, balancing time, resource and budget constraints. Good teamwork is essential - you are a teamplayer.

Program Deliverables
System Integration project management (faseren, beslissen, beheersen)
Project master plan system integration (long term)
pre-/post-conditions, milestones, prio setting/sequence, timing/duration, A-/B-plan, dependencies
aligned with Product Master Plan
config management, upgrades and machine transfers
àhandshake with Upgrade Management group
Steer functional- & performance integration (~ATP spec) and reliability
Risk Management
IRR
Risk mitigation, contingency
Stakeholder Management (sector exceeding)
Professional communication
Report status & progress
Minimize (unnecessary) escalations
Machine owner
Owner of HL integration PERT/HL-IMS, incl. A4 spec and TPS/TAR (A)
Field- (on voluntary basis), factory- & DE project support

Education
Masters or PhD work level in mechanical or electrical engineering with experience or background in development of high-tech equipment.

Experience
Typically you will have 7-10 years of relevant working experience within the scope of projects, management and research and development within a high tech development environment. We are looking for experienced professionals with ambition to work in a high tech industry and further grow in our organisation.
