Project Leader SAP HR (1833)

For our customer, a globally operating financial company, we are looking for a

PROJECT LEADER SAP HR (1833)

Our customer is currently redefining and implementing its HR processes. These processes are implemented mostly according to standards defined by the European headquarter.

As a project leader, you will lead the integration of the Swiss-specific solutions of these HR processes, which is a part of a superior programme.

Your tasks will be:

- Project lead of the HR implementation (implementation of SAP HR processes and systems in Switzerland)
- Responsibe for scope, time and budget
- In charge of the change management of the project

Your qualifications:

- Extensive experience in project lead of large, multinational process implementation in HR
- Experience with SAP HR
- Fluent in German (mandatory) and English, both oral and written

The workload is 80-100%, ie 5 days a week, the end of the project is planned to be, depending on project progress, until June 2015.

Willingness to travel in Switzerland and Europe is a must.
