Project Leader roll-out

The objective of this function is to ensure that the projects and support organization can occur by maintaining the software life cycle strategy and associated tools that adjust according to new technologies or processes introduced, and that by working hands- on and highly efficient to the applications used internally by IT and to work in technologically innovative projects.

The objective of this function is to ensure that the projects and support organization can occur by maintaining the software life cycle strategy and associated tools that adjust according to new technologies or processes introduced, and that by working hands- on and highly efficient to the applications used internally by IT and to work in technologically innovative projects.

* Supports the IT organization in the implementation and improvement of their internal processes with applications such as Enterprise Architect, SAP Solution Manager, HP Application Lifecycle Manager/Quality Center, and open source software such as OTRS, JIRA, SVN and Jenkins.
* Jointly responsible for maintaining the IT processes with emphasis on software life cycle management applications for packages or in-house or purchased custom-built applications.
* Responsible for installing, keep up to date, use and maintenance of some of the above tools, including programming of improvements and maintaining reports, scripts, modifications, interfaces, workflows, etc in one or more tools.
* Responsible for up- to-date account of the technical documentation of the tool setup and applications used by the IT organization.
* Responsible for keeping up- to-date user documentation and conduct training sessions under the various tools.

Assist project teams in the use of these tools, which may prevent new or more complex functions are performed as a service to the project by the specialist.

Education: Bachelor ICT or equivalent experience

3-5 years experience in management of software development and/or testing with active use of at least two of the tools mentioned as technical consultant or project manager.
* Experience with (and passion for) different software engineering paradigms

Skills/Competencies/Attributes
* Experience in implementing IT processes
* Coaching juniors, providing training
* SAP Lifecycle Mgt or large- scale custom development experience is an advantage
* Knowledge of several SAP modules is an advantage
* SDLC, Scrum, Agile relevant
* Proactive attitude, disciplined (stick to process)
* Able to operate independently
* Team player
* Flexibility in work planning and execution of tasks
* Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
