Project Leader (m/f)

- Project Planning & coordination of embedded SW Projects, in alignment with Chip Design Projects:
- Responsibility for project scope, budget, resources and milestones / schedule
- Manage / coordinate external partners to optimize schedules, change requests & communication
- Translate business requirements into project tasks in close cooperation with Product Mgmt
- Definition & allocation of proper project staffing across projects in alignment with resource mgr
- Execution of development projects according defined methodologies and project milestones
- Coordination of Release testing, unit Testing, component testing ensuring high product quality
- Achieve complex project goals by effectively applying necessary expertise/resources
- Influence decisions by taking into consideration global concerns across projects/organizations
- Lead multi-site and multi-discipline teams to successful project completion
- Creative thinking & flexibility to drive execution & overcome roadblocks to achieve project goal
- Experience in Software development & testing methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc..)
- Smart card Operating Systems ( 1Con-card 1D development)
- Familiar with 1Coff-card 1D terminal / reader considerations & infrastructure
- Contact / contactless smart card protocols (ISO7816, ISO14443)
- Experience with independent 3rd party evaluations & certifications for product release
- Branchenkenntnis: - Smart card applications (Payment, eGovernment, Public transport)
- Projectlanguage: english English bussines fluent

additional requirements : - Relevant Bachelor or Master degree (electronics or similar)
- Familiar with the complexity of international organizations
- experience as project manager with complex projects
- Preferred: Background within Semiconductors industry or embedded software development
- Able to coordinate external suppliers, certification laboratories & industry vendors
- Strong analytical skills and structured way of working,
- Operate independently with minimal supervision and strong risk management skills
- Excellent English skills (conversation and writing) & Effective communication skills
- Interest in working in a multi-site, multi-cultural, international team
- Eligible to work in the EU
