Project Leader Intranet Migration

For one of our Key Clients we are currently looking for an experienced Project Leader to join a Intranet migration project.

ROLE: PROJECT LEADER FOR INTRANET MIGRATION PROJECT

- Consultancy basis for a period of 6 months, with the opportunity to prolong to 12
- Creates clarity, takes leadership, brings people together for a common goal
- Takes the perspective of a business organisation, factoring in risks and opportunities from a business perspective
- Serious Project Management skills, preferably certified. PPS preferred, Prince 2 , PMI, IPMA accepted
- Disciplined and consistent application of PM-methods
- Experience with projects within #CONTENT #LEARNINGMANAGEMENT #PUBLISHING #COMPETENCE
- Ability to create structured documentation setup for your project
- Experience with stakeholder management
- Discussion Partner for business
- Handle issues, challenges and opportunities in a strongly consensus driven organization. Find the right people to work with and help them understand different points of view
- Dealing with uncertainty. For a long project you must be able to think more abstractly about stages that are further out in the future - while managing risks and choosing the right approach
- You can bend with the organization if necessary. Concessions or compromise can be a victory if they lead to a joint perspective. You can deal with this.
- 40 hours a week, 32 or 36 can be negotiated.
- The role is directly leading 4-10 people from the organization

IT-delivery will be handled by a specific IT-project manager, so we are not looking for IT-expertise. This function requires setting up a great project approach; finding communicating and aligning user and business requirements; supporting and steering team members responsible for work packages towards programme and organizational strategies; contributing to strategies and execution plans
