Project Leader in the Field of Restructuring (m/f)

- The goal of the project is the restructuring of the incumbent operator to an efficient and customer centric organization
- The project covers the following major area:

development of a vision, mission and strategy, development of a new organization structure, reorganization of Human Resources, development of new processes, improvement in the operational area marketing, finance, technical division, IT and regulation, introduction of leadership and culture change, strategic development of personnel resources and development of a new market approach - Monitoring and reporting, project risk evaluation, resource allocation, definition and maintenance of the project master plan,
- Strategy development, managing the leadership and culture change program and support all functional area to achieve their targets in the technical and culture development.
- Preparation of the transformation plan
- Experience in telecommunication market

and telecom consulting - Assignments in management positions (preferable in Middle East)
- Experience in corporate governance, business process reengineering, process performance management / controlling, change management, organizational design and development, strategy development
- English proficient
